Terms of use
These starter terms describe the marketplace model and must be completed with the operator’s legal identity, jurisdiction, and actual commercial practices before launch.
Marketplace relationship
Careharbor360 provides tools that may help households, employers, and care professionals discover and communicate with one another. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, the platform is not the employer, agency, medical provider, or representative of users.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, communicate respectfully, independently assess suitability, follow employment and tax rules, and use the platform only for lawful care-related purposes.
Safety and verification
Any document review, badge, reference status, or other platform signal is limited to the process described at the time. It is not a guarantee of identity, qualifications, conduct, availability, or fitness for a particular role.
Payments, disputes, and changes
Before launch, these terms must state actual pricing, renewal and cancellation rules, refund handling, prohibited conduct, content rights, dispute procedures, governing law, liability limits, and a monitored legal contact. Obtain appropriate legal review for the markets where the service operates.
